Disabled account and credit card

Hello. I am very unhappy with your customer support. I contacted you several times and no one helped solving the problem. The first guy that answered me was Ryan, he disabled my account and never contacted me again, didn't say why, didn't say how can I solve things out... Nothing, just disabled my account and canceled my credit card that is invalid now. Then I contacted you again and Nikhil respond in behalf of Ryan and didn't help to solve the problem, sent me a phone number that don't work, he told me he was doing the best to resolve this for me... Lol... Now can someone tell me how I enable my account again?
