Oh, c'mon! Do I sound like a music expert? đ Seriously, I'm not sure. There is software that can slowdown or speedup a song without changing pitch. I don't know personally of one that changes the key, but I did search the Macupdate.com site. You might try searching Google.
No. RealTek doesn't make drivers for OS X. RealTek makes chips. Apple provides their own audio drivers for OS X and the system hardware.

They are installed as part of OS X. They are not under user control and are written for specific use with the DSP chips Apple uses in the computer.
Do you know of any soundcards that have karaoke mode?
There are third-party sound cards that use the USB port some of which provide additional mic inputs.
