Bootcamp: USB 3.0 didn't install and remote disc on windows 7?

Hi i got my macbook air about a month ago and installed Windows 7 Ultimate on it, i did the installing of the usb drive, I got it and i ran the setup for the bootcamp, everything worked except the usb 3.0, also i want to install a lot of programs and im wondering if i can you remote disc to install various programs. Also I want to add about 10 more gigabytes to my partition can this be done, im okay if it can't i just want to know if it can.
