home sharing on windows not working

It was working not 1 week ago then all of a sudden it cannot find my apple itunes ID?!?! I have a PC and a MAC. I ended up doing everything possible to reset it. From troubleshooting on the apple tv, reseting, removing and adding back my ID. I finally went back to my itunes preferences in my computer and under homesharing removing my id and adding it back in. That worked on my MAC but not on my PC. Anyone else with this problem. It's a hassel becasue I keep all my movies and music on my PC I don't want to have to move everything my MAC is my work computer and I have huge files on it already I don't want to bombard it with movie files.
