I am working on a PC with Windows XP.  When trying it get on to iTunes I get the specific error -3221.  When I run diagnostics I get an error stating I don't have a secure connection.  I have tried all the suggestions it seems at least five times and have worked on this problems for hours upon hours for about a month.  Can anyone help.  I'm not sure what to try next.
