You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version

I purchased a refurb mac mini (direct from Apple) with OS X Server 10.8.2 pre-installed a few months ago. I have been able to install all other server updates with the exception of the "OS X Server Version 2.2" update. When I attempt to install this update I receive this message: "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version." All other non server OS updates install without issue. Thoughts?
