This is terribly frustrating. there is an inescapable loop. I want to simply use my current rescue email as my primary email and change my primary to my rescue email. I find even in the help sections that I am continually sent in circles because there is no simple place to say this is not helping, i need to ask a question that is not covered. I have followed the procedures. they don't work. i deleted my rescue email. I then edited my primary using what had been my rescue. the system did not recognize that the rescue had been deleted. this is a bad system error. please fix it or send me proven procedure.
