My ipod touch (4th gen) is skipping over songs

My ipod touch (4th gen) is skipping over songs, I have tried restoring and resetting my ipod and nothing has worked, I have also checked have made sure that the "shake to shuffle" is off. However, only songs that I have bought from itunes are being effected, all of the songs that I have gotten from CD's are fine.

I have just recently gotten a new laptop and I had to transfer my library over to my new one, I authorized my computer, and I transferred my purchased songs from my ipod to my computer... What is going on??
