Bluetooth Apple TV

I am trying to "bluetooth" my Macbook Air to my Apple TV - The Macbook recognizes the TV but the TV can't find the Air. Solutions?

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. You can't connect a MBA to ATV via Bluetooth. The only thing that can connect is a keyboard, providing the ATV is up to date.

You can mirror your MacBook if its 2011 or later, running Mountain Lion

Thank you - I take it from this that I can not use my Mac book air keyboard to type directions into the ATV. The ATV is up to date with bluetoothupdate.

Correct. Only Bluetooth input is from wireless keyboard. Control from laptop is not possible.
