Q: While Repairing Permissions... Worried

While I was repairing permissions, the first line that popped up was:

 

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

 

Does anyone know what this means and should I be worried?
