Transfer all music from ipod to new hard drive?

I am hoping somebody can help me!

I just installed a new hard drive in my pc after the old one had a total physical failure!

I dont have a recent back up, but all my music is in my ipod, is there a way to get it back down from ipod to the new hard drive? Kinda like a backward sync?
