i cant see my ipod touch in "my pc" but i can see it in itunes

i want extract my photos, (camera photos) but i need see my ipod touch (5g) in MY PC.. but i cant see it... i can see it in itunes an everything, but i cant extract my photosan videos taked from the ipod... thanks
