I have a IPad 4 and iPhone 4S and I am unable to get the two to sync together through Bluetooth. The iPhone doesn't sync with the iPod touch too.
While the blue tooth in each device works with other products like a headset or car audio.
Can anyone advise me on how to solve this issue.

You can not use BT to connect iDevices together. The purpose of BT in these devices is to connect headphones etc. See Supported Bluetooth profiles for more details.

Thank you for the prompt help. I really don't know why different apple devices can't connect via Bluetooth why such a feature is disabled as my entire family has devices and this is the easiest way to transfer any data.
You don't need to know why in order for it to be true.
