Q: itunes store is blamk when trying to acces

So I went in to the websitte you refered me to and I pull out the autorun. but how do I know it i need the update. it doesnt say. it only says to locate te vendor, which is there, Bonjor.

I try to redownload i tunes but is not letting me do it. as if my computer is on a stone age.

Chears Polydorus, Well after all this back and foarth.... I once more prove that I am not a computer type person. the problem was solved by a friend how look at the settings in my computer and found that the proxy was missing some digits. and that was it!!!!
