So I went in to the websitte you refered me to and I pull out the autorun. but how do I know it i need the update. it doesnt say. it only says to locate te vendor, which is there, Bonjor.
I try to redownload i tunes but is not letting me do it. as if my computer is on a stone age.

Bonjour is OK, it an Apple product.
You are looking for other entries especially those in the list.
If you have speedbit, it is best to uninstall it.

Chears Polydorus, Well after all this back and foarth.... I once more prove that I am not a computer type person. the problem was solved by a friend how look at the settings in my computer and found that the proxy was missing some digits. and that was it!!!!
