Will someone PLEASE tell me how to stop and delete automatic emails

Will someone PLEASE tell me how to stop automatic emails and how to delete them . I have spent the last hour or so deleting 3000+ of the wretched things !!i am using a Windows 7 PC with Apple installed. PLEASE ? Jackaaf

Look at the right side of the screen. There is an "Actions" section. Click the "Receive email notifications" link.

You can also manage theae in the Profile section of your account. Go to Your stuff->Profile->Actions.
