As I add new songs to my iPod, my iPod would delete multiple songs off my iPod. How can I fix this problem?

Is all your media content in your local library? In general if you think your device isn't functioning properly, backup the device, restore as a new device, then restore your backup. See also Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Yes. I backed all my content and music up but still even when I add music, my iPod still deletes some of my music of my iPod. My iPod automatically backs everything up when it's connected to iTunes.

Not quite. An iOS backup saves only the camera roll and settings/data for your apps. The apps themselves and all media need to be stored in the local library. If not they will be removed on syncing. Purchased items should be transferred into the library during sync but thay may not always happen. It is also worth noting that iTunes only backs up once each day unless you prompt it to do so again.
