javaupplet problem

I like to listen to some inernet radio online and can be mutually cating with listeners and broadcasters. The question I sometimes radio cating that provides online facility is not like the program would be open to taking javaupplet radio, can not be opened even detected by the security system from my safari app. Please its support.
