since upgrading my itunes i cannot complete the final stage of download because of an error code 7 any ideas

since upgrading to the latest itunes on my pc i cannot complete the final stage of the download for an error 7 any ideas (was able to operate itune successfully up and till this attempt to update)

iPod touch, Windows 7
