I just got handbrake. I tried to rip a movie but quicktime said the format is not supported. It is showing that it is m4v? Am I doing something wrong?
are you using any of the available presets in handbrake? i would try the apple tv 3 preset. that will play just fine in quicktime.
I am trying to use Handbrake but my 2011 MBP 10.9 is not letting me do it...
it keeps giving me a message" Handbrake cannot be openned because it is from an unrecognized developer."
Any body have any suggestions? am I the only one who is not able to activate Handbrake?
thanks
Control-click on handbreak. Select "Open". Confirm in the resulting dialog box. That should take care of the security thing.
thank you... that worked... but now Handbrake just quits as it begins to do its work.
seems like it is a fragile system. any thoughts?
