Have paid for a service for ipod, but can't find address of where to send it - UK

I went through arranging to send my daughters ipod touch of for service, but did not see or make note of the address of where to send it to. The final confirmation page does not have an address, so I thought it may be in the confirmation email - except the email address my daughter had set up for her account has lapsed and is no longer valid. So I do not know where to send the IPOD Note I am in the UK
