The iPod "iPod"couldn't be restored an unknown error accrued (3194) after this iPod is still disabled connect to iTunes?? Please help I not know how for my daughter has entered the wrong password too many times its is now disabled from what happen.

Hi my daughter has entered the wrong password too many times its is now disabled, after that I try connect say its iTunes couldnot connect to the iPod touch because its is locked with passcode. After then I connect again but say its the iPod "iPod" couldnot be restored an unknown error accrued (3194) oxE800001 wht is that I can't understand please help my daughter is upset her new this iPod touch bought last Xmas. This new iPod touch wht can do please help still disabled. Please help thanks
