Icloud problems
My ipod has the back up icloud storage thing on my lock screen and when I go to press okay it wont go away what do i do? nothing works i cant even touch anything else except the icloud message that wont go away?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
