TC installing within existing network with a linksys as the main router.

I just bought a time capsule 2TB. I would like to connect it to my main router, linksys WRT610N. The TC should be for back up and extra storage and to enhance the wifi reception in my house. What is the best way to connect it? And how?

Well, you may be better replacing the WRT610N with the TC as the TC is probably a better router, although it may not be in your case.

If you still want to run the two in unison, then attach the Time Capsule via Ethernet or Powerline adapters to the Cisco-Linksys. Set the TC up to be in bridge mode (if you're on Utility 5.6) or connect via Ethernet (if you're on Utility 6.0). Make sure DHCP and NAT are off on the TC.
