I bought a new iphone 4s from a new carrier and they told me my icloud would transfer my pictures but it didn't. I have tried via itunes, and on my new phone it shows my old device with 3.5 GB on it but I can't access it. Are they lost forever? 😟

Is that 3.5 GB a back up, if so.......
Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all contents and settings on the device you want to restore.
When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.
How do I get photos from icloud from a disconnected phone? I changed carriers and they told me it would automatically transfer my photos from the old phone but it didn't.
