I forget my password and hint in MacBook Air 11-inch mid 2012 . How can I create new password .

Thanks , but the problem is still , there are a keychain at the system and in the main disc ( Macintosh HD) . I forget the keychain password while I need it to update some program like Microsoft office and other .
