uninstall java 7 and install java 6

I have a game that uses java 6 and i have the java 7 from oracle

i tried the plugin thing that i found in the support but it didn't work

i don't just want the internet to use java 6 but also the computer where it aperatly doesn't after the plugin thing

so if anyone can help me with completly unistalling java 7 it would be great


one thing i havn't tried and i want it as a last resort thing would it work if i restore my computer and install java 6 on it?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

The instructions you followed should have taken you back to Java 6. Just that's it's use is blocked by Apple as there are serious security concerns about it's use with web sites.

That would make no difference.
