How can I read ibook created for ipad on ipod touch? works on ipad. Other ibooks work on my ipod touch but opening this one gets message "Device not supported, This document can only be experienced on ipad". My friend created it with iauthor and can recreate if necessary. Hope this makes sense, thank you for reading.

Books created by iBooks Author can only be read on an iPad, unless your friend would like to export his book in PDF format and send it to you that way.
The ipod/iphone normally needs books in .epub format, and the Apple app for doing that is Pages.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have other ibooks I can read so this is disappointing; the ibook looks much better than the pdfs. This is what I wanted to know though so I appreciate your answer.
