I up dated my iphone to iOs 6.1 and now the photos on my phone will not sync with my computer. Any suggestions?

I updated my iphone to iOs 6.1 and am trying to sync the photos on my phone with iphoto on my computer and I can not get iPhoto to recognize my phone or the new pictures to be imported. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem in my ipad 2 wifi with ios 6.1, but my iphone 5 with ios 6.1 works well with iPhoto, I dony know how to fix it, I used Diskaid to sync the iPad photos.
