Please help me to delete Apple Mobile Device

Accidently as many many happy users I faced with a iTunes deinstallation trouble.

I cannot delete this beauty from my employer`s laptop. They run Windows Vista Enterprise 32bit, service pack 2.

What I did - deinstalled iTunes, deleted relevant folders in C:/Program Files, deleted registry entries with "apple ", "iTunes" and rebooted.

Few entries connected to Apple Mobile Device cannot be deleted.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APPLE_MOBILE_DEVICE\000 0

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\USB\VID_05AC&PID_12AB

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Enum\USB\VID_05AC&PID_12AB\6a585cf32e425 64f1ceb4f4e7b3140d43982ffe4

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APPLE_MOBILE_DEVICE\000 0

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_05AC&PID_12AB\6a585cf32 e42564f1ceb4f4e7b3140d43982ffe4

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APPLE_MOBILE_DEVICE \0000

I have administator rights. Please help me to point out service/process which I need to kill.

I did search and have seen http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925, it did not help.

Thanks!

Solution -

1. Delete wrong Apple device in USB section using Device Manager

2. Update devices list. Laptop finds Apple device, installs correct driver and puts it in Portable devices section.

3. install AppleApplicationSupport.msi-32-bit

4. install AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi - 32-bit
