Where do I go if I bought a pair of earpods about 2 months ago and the remote stopped working. I live in Albany Oregon also I still have the box and recite
iPod touch, iOS 6.1

I have the EarPods with no remote, so I can't help you much. You could send it to Apple for repair or replacement.
