I have an IPad 2. Am having problems with my billing info. It reads there is a problem with my previous purchase. I update my info - the same having been using all this time . It is declined and am asked for another payment method. I don't understand this. First of all I don't know what was the purchase problem. Two, there is no problem with my billing info. I cannot even update my Apps. Help me Colleagues to sort this out.
