My screen went too large, unable to access left of screen
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You're in the Tiger forum. Next time you can go here. For now, try holding down Cmd or Option (alt) and scrolling down with the mouse.
Also Cmd-Option - (hyphen key) or the + key to zoom in.
Also, System Preferences>Universal Access>Seeing. Turn off zoom.
