Q: i have an iPad mini and an iMac which are authorised to my account but i cannot find a way to authorise my iPod to the account,  help

I have been unable to associate my iPad classic with the my iTunes account on my iMac.  It wrked well on my old Sony laptop but since that has died i have got an iMac.  I have managed to associate my iPad mini (a Christmas present) but not the iPod
