I have issues with wifi on my i phone 4s after the latest uppgrade to i os 6.1
the wifi is disabled ( i can't activate it) and the blutooth doesn't open eithet. i tried to resore my i phone severel times but it didn't work
I'd like to know if it is a hardware or a software problem.
help please ;(

This is a very bad hardware problem of your WiFi Chipset. If there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, the possible fix would include sophistocated chip level microsoldering and reballing.
