Some metadata "Info" missing after Time Machine restore

I upgraded my hard drive yesterday and restored my machine from a Time Machine backup. When I opened Aperture after, it needed to be "repaired." Now I'm looking at some metadata for a few pictures in the Info panel and it is not up-to-date - it appears to be an old version of the metadata. I have my Time Machine backup and a clone that should have the correct information. Where is the metadata stored? What's the best process for restoring it?

Mac OS X (10.7)

I connected my clone external hard drive and opened that version in Aperture (using the option key at start up). I confirmed that the correct metadata is in this version of the library. Aperture also said the library had an "inconsistency" and wanted to fix it.

Is it as simple as replacing the library with this correct copy to get the metadata back?
