Kernel Panic Problem

I tried to download a virtual machine, and when i ran it through VMware Fusion, i had a Kernel Panic. Ok, so after that i just forgot about it i did not care about the virtual machine, however when i downloaded X11 off of the apple page, (Which was a redirection to XQuartz) and i used it to run a .exe, i had the same panic, even though i have never had that problem. Ever. I keep getting crashes from various things, that never happen, and i really hope there is a fix to this. Thank you.

I understand that others might be having this problem too, but is there anyone smart enough to solve this problem? 🙂

Keep scrolling, because is it possible that hardware might be a problem? I am not the smartest with computers, but i can tell you that i have an intel core i3 and my friend has an i7. Is it possible to upgrade that? I can easily look up a video tutorial and screw open my mac. Is there anything wrong or figity with my processor speed? Well, please help me fix this problem! I have upgraded hardware in the past too!

If you have more than one user account, you must be logged in as an administrator to carry out these instructions.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go â–č Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

Select the most recent panic log under System Diagnostic Reports. Post the entire contents — the text, please, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header and body of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) Please don't post shutdownStall, spin, or hang reports.
