How do I delete a template in Pages
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
I don't believe you can delete the built-in templates, but the My Templates folder is in ~/Library/Application Support/iWork/Pages/Templates. You can delete your own templates from there.
Hold down the Option key while clicking on the Finder's Go menu to see the shortcut to your Library folder.

In Pages 5.0 it is much easier.
When opening a new document from the template chooser,
select 'My Templates', then
right-click on the template and you get an option to rename or delete.
