So how do you reset your security questions..?

I'm working on trying to send the information to one of my emails, but since I had to delete my old email due to the massive amounts of spam it received, I can no longer receive my security information so that I can reset them. I'm not sure if it's possible.

The main reason why this is is to prevent from hackers from breaking into your account.
