imessage blank white screen cannot see messages

It isn’t a permanent solution. I find myself having to do this multiple times a day since updating my software

Try a reset. Press the Sleep/Wake button and Home button at the same time for time seconds until the Apple logo appears. Note: No data will be lost

Didn't work for me. My screen is still white
