YouTube is not working on my iPad 2, the app and on the browser. Says "playback error" on the app and "video not available" on safari. I have tried resetting, clearing cookies/data, closing apps, etc. help!

Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
Yes with all videos that play on YouTube.
I reset all settings and double checked that I have the latest iOS. Still having the same issue. Appreciate the help but it is still not working.
If you tube is only app your having issue with, try deleting the app and then reinstalling.
I re-downloaded that app when I was first having the problem. Also - it happens when I access YouTube with a browser as well. I'm stumped!

When I try to play the video using youtube app I get an error message "Playback error"..I tried to resolve the issue by resetting the network connection,reset all,deleted the youtube app and installed again,rebooted iPad several times,clear cache...but it didn't help at all...someone please help. This is very frustrating...
If anyone uses vgm3312 Zyxel modem, this problem has been solved by Zyxel Company. You just have to visit Zyxel ftp webpage and download new firmware and install it.
