Magic Mouse randomly disconnects from rMBP

I am trying to figure out why my Magic Mouse will randomly disconnect from my rMBP. After it disconnects, it usually reconnects within a couple of seconds. Also, the cursor seems to skip and is not completely fluid at times.

Magic Mouse-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Hello:

It could be a failing device...😟

You might try resetting the PRAM and SMC.

If you have not done so, make the mouse a favorite.
