Hi i have iPhone 5 AT&T go phone prepaid service but not working LTE,4G,3G and all what to do? Can we change carrier?

AT&T does not permit the use of pre-paid plans with the iPhone. They do have a special pre-paid plan for Smart-phones, but the iPhone is not supported apparently. AT&T is the only supported GSM carrier in the US. You can try StraightTalk or T-Mobile, but neither one is supported.
You will have to unlock the iPhone to use it on Straight Talk, which is now supported, and T-Mobile should be suppoted in the near future. Using the Go Phone prepaid service will eventually result in a large bill from AT&T and will never support LTE, and you will not get LTE on Straight Talk.
