Issue in Updating the software

I am getting an error message "The iPhone Software Update server could not be contacted. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active. or try again later" I am getting this message from past 4 days.


Also, I am not able to connect to iTunes Store and iClouds from past few days. I have accounts set up in each of these.


Please let me know how can I update the software in my iPhone

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2
