Q: When I open the icon it is in a foreign language and I do not get the box to Edit or to change my settings.  Please someone help!!

I have just downloaded itunes to my laptop and requested the English (United States) version. 

When I open the icon it comes up in a foreign language that I have no idea what it is and I am not sure how to change it to English.

what can I do to get it back to English??
