i just bougth the iphone 5 today and the mute button is not working no bell pops up on screen etc. what do i do?
I just purchased an Iphone 5 today from Verizon. The mute button is not working, the bell does not pop up on screen at all either. Tried lock+home , reset all settings, still no fix any ideas?
