how do i get my notes from i cloud account that was deleted on my iphone 4s

I upgraded m iphone 4s to IOS6.1 and asked for my icloud account, I cannot remember the password so I mistakenly deleted my icloud account from my phome and it deleted my calendar and notes .Is there any way to retrieve the old icloud account from my iphone?Please help . thnak you/
