I bought my Ipad Mini yesterday but when I was trying to charge it via USB using multiple PC's its showing "not charging". It works when I tried using direct connection to the power outlet but ot thru USB. Does anyone encounter the same issue? Hope to get help. Thanks! 🙂

Sorry to here that, have u tried a different USB cable.
This is normal. The USB connection on most computers provides insufficient power to charge an iPad. Those that do (usually recent Macs) will charge it very slowly. Use the provided mains charger.
Sometimes the USB port on the computer might be messed up or damaged. So if you have a power strip that has a USB power port on it, then use that, or use the power brick to charge the iPad Mini.
@ChyMadrid Did you get this resolved? I too cannot charge my mini via USB, even using the USB port in my truck. Surely, there is enough power to charge an iPad? My iPhone charges fine.
The USB ports on most computers do not provide enough power to charge your iPad efficiently. The best way to charge an iPad is to use the charger that came with the device and plug that into a known good wall outlet.
The thing I know is you can't charge your IPad by ur PC or etc, you can only charge ur IPad by the wall charger or travel charger :) hope this can help u!
