It's was fine for a month but after that I can't even switch it on. I have updated the software but it's charging me everytime I use the phone. And 'Demo Software' appears on the screen. I could able to use for only few days.. Please help me.

Neither Apple nor the iPhone charges a user when they use the device, carriers charge users.
If it is displaying Demo software that leads me to believe it is a device that was not intended for retail sale
