i pay for mountin lion but i couldnt downloaded for app store why?
am already buy a mountin lion 10.8 but i cant downloded from store

yes it is
it show a massage of app store error try again later
I am not completely sure if this will fix your issue but give it a shot.
Go to Applications/Utilities Folder and open Disk Utility - OR - search for it in spotlight
Click your Mac HD volume (under your first listed disk)
Click [Repair Disk Permissions]...
That error could be a permissions error for the app store, it should also kill the known 1004 error that crops up a lot verifying the download so you won't have to deal with that.
Can you post a screen shot of the Error, or atleast an error number. there are various implications with App Store issues, such as APPLE ID, HARDWARE etc.
Some people have been able to download it in the Safe Mode:

Try this solution...
- Sign out of the Mac App Store via the Store menu
- Quit the Mac App Store
- Log out of your Mac OS X user account (from the Apple menu)
- Log back in to your user account
- Launch the Mac App Store, sign in, and try downloading again

Have you tried the Safe Mode download?
This has worked for some:
- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)
- Quit the App Store
- In Finder - Go>Go to folder... (or Apple-shift-G)
- Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "
- It will take you to a folder. Delete com.apple.appstore
- Launch the App Store. Sign in and then reclick the Mountain Lion buy. It won't charge you again.
If Eric's solution does not work you can do an archive and install, you just don't wipe the HDD before you reinstall the OS. That would take everything in the OS back to default while keeping your files. This is what the Mountain Lion install will do when you can get the installer. You can get to the Lion installer by rebooting while holding the Option key and choosing the secondary partition, I think it is called "Recovery".
